Vicki's inspiratrion for Thorns and Spikes

I am hoping that the challenges for our group  inspire me to try things out of the box for me.
I will be doing an abstract,

improvisational piece using the cactus pictured as the inspiration for color, line and texture.

I also plan to do some block printing using these carved blocks I made in the nineties.

. ( I had to look for 5 hours to find them !)
